Chocolate Crepe

Ingredients:

1 cup of flour

2 eggs

2 teaspoon of cocoa powder

1/2 cup of milk

1/2 cup of water

1/4 teaspoon of salt

2 tablespoons of melted butter

Procedure:

In a mixing bowl whisk together, eggs and flour.  Then add the cocoa powder.  Pour slowly the milk, water and salt.  Mix well. Add the melted butter.  Continue mixing until the mixture becomes smooth and homogenous.  Let it rest for about 15 minutes in the fridge.  Heat your lightly oiled frying pan.  Be sure that the pan is really hot before cooking.  Pour or scoop your batter on the gridlle.  Slightly tilt the pan to make the crepe even on all sides.  Cook it for about two to three minutes depending on the size of your crepe.  You can serve it with caramelised banana, chocolate syrup and whipped cream.
